Introduction

In loan management, different loan products may require varying levels of authorization before approval and disbursement. Approval workflow ensures that loan requests follow a structured approval process based on predefined rules and organizational hierarchy. At Lendsqr, lenders can configure loan products to require an approval workflow, ensuring that loans go through the necessary review process before being finalized.

Steps on how to add approval workflow to loan product.

  1.  Login to the Admin Console

  • Open your web browser and log into the Lendsqr admin console with your credentials.

  1. Click on "Loan Products" under Product Management

  • From the main dashboard, go to Product Management and select Loan Products. 

  1.   Create a Loan Product or Open an Existing One

  • If you need to create a new loan product, click on the Create button. If you want an existing loan product, click on the product.

  1. Edit the Product.

  • Click on the three-dot menu (...) at the top right and select “Edit product”.

  1. Locate the “Approval workflows” section.

  • Scroll through the page until you find the “Approval workflows” section.

  • Click on the approval  workflow you want to add the loan product or proceed to create a new approval workflow

  1. Save the changes

  • Scroll down to the bottom of the web page and click on ”Save changes”
